Policies

Running late

We always try to be accommodating when your running behind. If you know you are going to be late please contact us ASAP. 
Depending on how late you are we may need to forgo certain parts of the service to assure your stylist on running on time for their next appointments.
If you are running more than 15 minuets late, you may be asked to reschedule and would be considered a no show and will be subject to the no show policy charges.

Rescheduling/ cancelations

In order to continue providing the best possible scheduling options to our  guests, we do require 24 hours notice should you need to cancel or reschedule your visit.  Should you cancel or reschedule your appointment with less than 24 hours notice, a fee of 25% of service total booked does occur. You will receive an invoice and that must be paid before any future appointments can be booked.

No shows

If you don’t show up to your appointment, it will be considered a “no show” and you will receive a fee of the entirety of the service booked. You will receive an invoice that must be paid before future appointments can be booked.

Service adjustments

We always want you to be 100% satisfied with your hair. If you require an adjustment please contact us within 7 days of your appointment date so we can schedule you to adjust it free of charge. This policy does not cover any situation where you may have changed your mind. Additionally, we talk about realistic hair goals during your consultation and sometimes this means multiple sessions. Any issues reported after the 7 day period will not be immediately considered for an adjustment, but will be considered on a case by case basis and are subject to another appointment charge.

Retail

Retail products may be exchanged for a another product within 10 days of purchase if not satisfied.  No refunds.
